Your lab's publication list should be a BibTeX file
Hand-edited HTML publication pages drift. One .bib file, parsed at build time, keeps the website as accurate as your CV.
Most lab websites keep publications in hand-written HTML. Six months later the list is missing two papers and one has the wrong venue.
Export once, build forever
Zotero, Google Scholar and DBLP all export BibTeX. Lab Site parses it during astro build, so there is no JavaScript on the page and nothing to keep in sync.
A few custom fields
Add pdf, code, award, project and selected to any entry. Lab members are matched by name and underlined automatically.
